My career path

Education

Obtained Bachelor's degree from International Business School, Hanzehogeschool van Groningen in the Netherlands with a major in International Business in 2001.

Studied Economics at Groupe Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes, France in 2000.

In 2015 obtained a law degree from the Social-Economic Institute in Krasnodar.

Fluent in English, Dutch and Italian languages.

Seven years of work experience in the Netherlands in Ashland, Cimcool and other companies of the chemical industry.

Career in agribusiness

In 2008 returned to Russia and worked for Cargill for eight years, being responsible for purchasing, exporting wheat, corn, malting barley and the Cargill starch plant in Efremov (Tula region).

Worked my way up from specialist to KAM and raised successful professionals in the grain industry.

From 2016 worked at Rusagro (agricultural business BU) in Belgorod as Head of Agricultural Products Sales. Sold about 1 million mt of gain and oilseeds produced in 5 regions of Russia on the domestic market and for export.

In 2017-2018, as Head of Grain Procurement in Malteurop, Belgorod,was responsible for malting barley origination.

I consider the project of 30,000 mt of maltexport from Belgorod to the port of Santa Cruz, Mexico for the Corona beer e unique project. The entire process and route through the port of Ventspils, Latvia, was lined up and implemented under my supervision.

From inhouse to consulting

I have been working in Executive Search consulting since 2018.

I started my career as a Partner and Head of Agribusiness Practice at RosExpert and as a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners.

Went through a path of personal transformation, certifying as ICF coach and IAGC generative coaching practitioner. Studied with Robert Dilts and Steven Gillegan (USA).

Completed the Mindset map course - coaching for business owners.

Since May 2022 founded my own Executive Search practice in Agro.

My family and hobbies

All my life I have lived in different countries and cities where I studied and worked. For the last 5 years I have been living with my sons Elio and Kolya in Moscow.

I love travelling on my motorbike. I go to the mountains every summer. In the summer of 2023 I am going to climb the Mount Elbrus (5642m).
